Role: Senior QA Engineer (backend/microservices) Responsibilities: -Testing microservices in isolation and integration related to the interaction of the client -> ATM -> host and conversely. -Writing test cases and storing in Zephyr integrated in JIRA (according to a scope of stories shared in JIRA within a two-week sprint) -Manual testing of ATM transactions such as deposit of funds, withdrawal of funds, collection, self-collection, cash and card payments, deposit / withdrawal by biometrics. Nautilus Hyosung ATMs based on Windows 10. -Reporting bugs and retest after fix -Regression testing at the very beginning of a new sprint and at the end of it -Mock testing (mocking) -Data manipulation in the database with SQL queries in SQL Server [SELECT, JOINs, UPDATE, DELETE, etc] -Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retro, demo, syncs, daily meetings -Collaborating with developers to ensure that new features and updates are properly tested and validated before release. -Continuously improving testing processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. -Identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance the testing process. -Providing feedback on product usability, functionality, and performance to the development team. -Mentoring and training junior testers to improve their testing skills and knowledge.
