Position: Senior Information Technology Specialist Main duties and achievements: • responsible for the implementation, configuration and performance of the bonus management system in Russia and CIS. • work in Financial Controlling Department, assigned to the Purina pet care business. - system configuring and algorithms programming in user interface and partially as a developer. - support system"s stable work (implementing automatic checks of master data using Power BI tools, server performance monitoring), as well as taking the necessary actions to eliminate them in case of malfunctions - direct participation in the development of new solutions and system modules, as a technical specialist. - testing and checking the performance of new system modules - SOP writing - new modules presentation for all stakeholders - writing project specifications - communication with outsource developer - control and implement data exchange (SQL) between 7 different databases - CRM system (Salesforce) implementation and development. - participation as Advocacy manager
